What you will be doing:
- Resolves internal and external customers' technical problems on the technical support call center, customer emails and from applicable Franklin Water Systems websites.
- Manages the activities and projects of assigned technical support staff.
- Provides technical training resources and new ways to deliver technical information.
- Manages technical document projects.
- Drafts technical letters, self-service publications (i.e. AIDs, FAQs) as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field (required).
- Five to seven years of related experience (preferred).
- One to three years of supervisory experience (preferred).
