What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budtender position at Franklin Fields?
You have an incredibly important role as Budtender! You build patient relations, teach others about all the different forms of cannabis, and drive sales for the company.
Responsibilities:
-Greets customers warmly when they enter the sales floor.
-Advises recreational customers and medical patients on suitable cannabis products based on preferences, needs, habits, and medical conditions.
--Maintains deep product knowledge while staying abreast of trends available on the market.
-Processes customer payments using the Point of Sale system.
-Correctly weighs, packages, and labels cannabis products.
-Takes current inventory of cannabis products and ensures that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
-Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment.
-Promote a work environment that is compliant with established policies and procedures customer-service oriented.
Requirements/Experience
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in cannabis or another regulated industry
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while in our customer-based environment or representing our brand
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach and move about the store with the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
- 21 years of age, only
- Must be able to pass a background check
- High school diploma/GED
- Sound knowledge of cannabis products and their medical benefits.
