We are seeking a full time assistant for a life insurance brokerage in Sherman Oaks. Duties include answering a multi line phone system, filing and data entry, routine correspondence, preparing contracts for delivery and assisting clients with policy changes. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, competence with all Microsoft Office applications, general clerical experience and a strong aptitude for customer service. Insurance background is helpful but not essential. We offer a casual work environment and opportunity for professional growth.
