IT Support Analyst - Financial Services
Location: New York City (On-site, 5 days a week)
Contract Duration: 9 months extensions
Rate: $38-$48 per hour (DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in the financial space, who is looking for a skilled IT professional to provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to their teams onsite in NY.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient issue resolution.
- Provide white-glove VIP support to senior stakeholders, offering a seamless IT experience.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain strong communication with employees across all levels of the organization.
- Adapt to changing work schedules (9 AM - 5 PM, with possible 8 AM - 4 PM shifts as required).
Requirements
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience providing VIP/white-glove IT support in a corporate setting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.
