What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Support Analyst position at Franklin Fitch?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a growing enterprise client, supporting their Corporate HQ in Peachtree Corners. This position will be key in providing exceptional technical support to a varied end-user base, as well as supporting firm-wide projects at a time of continued digital transformation.
The Role:
- Support the end-user base via telephone, email and/or deskside visits.
- Resolve issues across desktop, server, hardware, and network environments.
- Managed office AV environments, maintaining for regular conferences/events.
- Maintain mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms.
- Ensure alignment to asset management processes.
- Participate in system updates and deployments.
- Must be willing to travel between 2 office locations
The Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft based environments.
- Experience with the full Office 365 suite.
- Experience supporting AzureAD and on-premise AD
- Knowledge of SCCM and/or Autopilot.
- Experience supporting Zoom and Teams.
- Participate in on-call/after-hour support rotations.
