Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Engineer/Analyst to enhance, build, analyze, and support business-driven, top-tier data pipelines, reporting, and analytics. You will be joining a global financial services firm with a great reputation.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that meet business needs and clearly address data requirements.
• Automating data workflows with Alteryx, performing intricate data transformations, and enabling advanced analytics.
• Developing and maintaining Snowflake-based data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Creating and utilizing PowerBI dashboards to provide decision-makers with insightful, interactive data visualizations.
• Holding project team members accountable to ensure on-time project deliverables and driving results.
• Continuously evaluating and suggesting improvements for Data Analytics technologies and processes, while keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of professional experience working with Alteryx, Snowflake, and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and supporting financial services or banking applications/systems is a bonus.
• Project management experience, particularly in the tech or financial services sector, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with Python experience considered a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
