What You’ll Do:
- Provide first-line technical support for core banking and business applications, troubleshooting system errors and user issues.
- Support and maintain desktop applications, document imaging systems, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor application performance, manage updates, and ensure system availability.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up user accounts, emails, and access to systems.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including support tickets, user guides, and FAQs.
- Ensure endpoints are secure with antivirus updates and proper imaging tools.
- Collaborate on IT projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 2-7 years of experience in IT support, application troubleshooting, or related roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of M365, Exchange, and enterprise application support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to assist both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience supporting financial applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage user expectations, and escalate issues when needed.
- Experience with endpoint security, imaging tools, and system updates is a plus.
