Director of Information Security Operations | Hybrid, Boston, MA | Up to $220,000 total comp
One of Massachusetts longest standing professional services firms are looking to bring on board a Director of Security Operations to join their team as they look to grow out their security teams in line with rapid company growth.
The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for an established but growing security. You will take the lead on projects as the company continue to grow their security presence and will also lead the firms security strategy over the next 3-5 years.
You will manage a team of highly talented and motivated engineers with 3 direct reports.
Key requirements for the role:
- Security Leadership
- Security Engineering Experience - SIEM, IAM, EDR, Firewalls
- Experience managing an MSSP
- Professional Services Experience (preferred, not essential)
- Industry Certs - CISSP, CISM, GIAC or CCSP
