We are working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers IT services to small to medium-sized businesses in the DFW area. This is an exciting opportunity for a Remote IT Support Specialist based in Fort Worth who is ready to take their career to the next level in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Need :

  • 3 years of experience in managed services or IT Service Help Desk environments with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and SCCM.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
  • Must be located in Fort Worth, TX.
