Do you excel in a role where you can mentor and train junior technicians?
Do you want a role that would see you spearhead a number of modernization projects?
You will be assisting and reporting to the CIO within the role, providing support services as well as aiding in the heavy pipeline of project implementation. You will be the primary escalation point for junior members of the team and look to mentor and assist them with daily duties.
You will manage a team of three support professionals in a blend of hands on management and helping the CIO with strategy and leadership.
Experience Needed:
- Windows.
- Office365.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Networking - Cisco
- 5 years experience.
- Leadership exp.
