Senior IT Support Specialist | Contract-to-Hire | Boston, MA (Onsite)
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their growing technical team.
You will have extensive IT experience supporting internally, with increasing responsibility, including network configuration and security management. A broad and established skillset across IT support and the ability to provide enhanced and effective technical assistance to end users.
They are investing in their technical stack over the coming months which will give you the opportunity to work across cutting-edge technologies, providing technical support and troubleshooting across the infrastructure, with a particular focus on their upcoming cloud migration projects.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Windows Desktop and Server, AD, O365, hardware, software
- Identify and implement IT solutions
- Efficient documentation management and creative design workflows
- Network and security management
- Packing, installations, configuration and patching
- Extensive experience in IT support and basic system administration
- Comfortable in a user-facing environment
Desirable:
- Administrating Cisco Network and Firewall infrastructure
- PowerShell Scripting and VMware vSphere 7
