We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join a global, award-winning law firm based out of their Washington DC office. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external end-users, supporting & troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. You will get exposure to new, emerging technologies, with the opportunity to support and assist exciting projects and initiatives. You will be working for a company who truly are employee-first. What will the job involve?
- Troubleshoot & resolve both hardware and software issues.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal & external end-users.
- Assist & support exciting company wide IT projects and initiatives.
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of their support function.
What do you need?
- Excellent communication & customer service skills, providing desk side support.
- Experience supporting O365, AD & A/V tools in a Windows environment.
- Previous experience working in a legal environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
