Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Oversight: Motivate project teams, keep initiatives on track, and step in when needed to drive project success.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with leadership, task owners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Project Planning: Develop project roadmaps and track progress using Jira.
- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, including requirements, charters, and regular progress reports.
- Process & Compliance: Contribute to PMO development and ensure adherence to project management standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and/or 6 years of experience managing complex projects.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving, uncertain situations while maintaining focus.
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive project success.
- Strong leadership presence, instilling confidence and trust within teams.
Preferred:
- Expertise in Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Background in marketing or business process re-engineering.
- CAPM or PMP certifications.
- Previous experience in legal technology.
- Experience in training and mentoring teams.
