Position: Learning and Development Trainer – Technology (Houston or Baton Rouge)

Our Client is a rapidly growing law firm looking for a Learning and Development Trainer to join their Technology Department in Philadelphia. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative, engaging training programs that enhance employee skills and align with our firm’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Training Development: Design and deliver customized training programs for attorneys and staff on core legal applications, using a mix of in-person, group, and online formats.
• Collaboration: Work closely with firm leadership to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions that drive professional growth.
• Program Evaluation: Measure and refine training effectiveness, ensuring programs meet both immediate needs and long-term firm objectives.
• eLearning: Develop on-demand, video-based training content and evaluate eLearning platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.
• New Hire Onboarding: Partner with HR to create and deliver seamless training programs for new hires.
• Ongoing Support: Provide desk-side assistance and conduct post-training follow-ups to ensure continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience designing and delivering technology-focused training programs.
• Strong creativity in developing engaging training content and solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and legal technology tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging training materials.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
