What You’ll Do:
- Ensure our Data Center and Enterprise network run smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and security configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to maintain 99.999% uptime.
- Implement effective solutions for congestion, infrastructure upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage network security, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative networking solutions.
- Support our IT Helpdesk with network-related issues.
What You Bring:
- Advanced Cisco experience in WAN/LAN, wireless, and L2/L3 monitoring.
- Strong Fortinet expertise (FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiCloud).
- Knowledge of Network Access Control systems (e.g., Cisco ISE).
- Practical understanding of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, TCP/IP, IP Sec, and Multicast.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Cisco DNAC, SolarWinds, Cisco Phone Systems, Access Points, and OT Networks.
