Key responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision: Lead the design of end-to-end solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care.
- Expert guidance: contribute your expert knowledge in the healthcare industry, including standards and regulations, and ensure compliance of all solutions across the enterprise.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: engage and collaborate with stakeholders, to understand business objectives and requirements and provide strategic guidance on healthcare technology initiatives.
- Leadership & Team Oversight: manage a team of solutions architects and provide mentoring and guidance to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a related IT or Engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of HL7 and FHIR.
- Strong strategic thinking and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, preferably with experience leading cross-functional teams and third parties.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications, e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, HL7 FHIR Proficiency.
