Are you a Solution Architect with demonstrable experience within the MSP section?
The Solution Architect will work closely with our Account Management and Business Development teams to deliver high-impact technical strategies and solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the technical side of projects, collaborating with executives, and ensuring the success of our client partnerships. This role requires both deep technical expertise and a strong ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments for prospective clients to evaluate their current technical maturity and help shape the presales process.
- Solution Architecture: Partner with Account Managers to design, quote, and implement customized IT solutions that align with our clients’ goals.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide technical insights and leadership to client executives and key decision-makers, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Technology Roadmap Development: Collaborate with clients to create strategic technology roadmaps that will guide their IT investments and priorities moving forward.
- Budget Planning: Provide initial cost estimates to clients for budgeting purposes, helping them plan for future investments.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as an in-house expert on our technology offerings, advising both internal teams and clients on best practices and solutions.
- Project Implementation Support: Lead high-priority, time-sensitive projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction with both our solutions and our ongoing support.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience in a tech-related field
- Proficiency with solutions such as Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, and Microsoft 365 (including Azure, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and SharePoint)
- Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise, RMM systems, VOIP, and Mac OS is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
