What You'll Do
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide expert-level support for servers, cloud applications, Microsoft 365 products, networks, and migrations.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Prioritize and resolve incidents to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).
System Administration
- Oversee and maintain client IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage.
- Perform regular system health checks, updates, and ensure strict adherence to security best practices.
- Manage internal teams to perform firmware and manufacturer updates on firewalls, switches, routers, and other devices.
Project Management
- Lead IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Prepare detailed project documentation and progress reports.
Team Leadership and Mentoring
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct training sessions and provide feedback during performance evaluations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify future needs.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance client outcomes.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and activity logs.
- Create and present performance, incident, and project reports.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT support and system administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows, virtualization, network protocols, and security practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management is a plus.
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or MCSA are highly desirable.
