We are working with an MSP in CT whose team is driven by the values of superior service, continuous improvement, and innovation. As their teams continue to grow, they are looking to hire MSP experts in all verticals to deliver proactive, high-quality IT solutions, solve complex technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for providing technical support across a variety of client environments, helping businesses stay ahead of technology challenges. You'll monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple platforms, from cloud-based systems to on-premise solutions. You’ll work directly with clients and internal teams to provide customized solutions that align with their needs.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position with locations across Stamford, CT.
What You Need:
- 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and on-premise systems (Windows)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, ticketing systems, and service management
- Certifications like CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or similar are a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- Experience working within an MSP is a MUST
