You will be moving into a team of 10 engineers who provide troubleshooting to a range of clients across server, cloud and networking problems. You will have ownership across the tickets you take on and the ability to shadow senior engineers for the tickets you haven't come across before. You will be enrolled in a market-leading training programme and surrounded by managers who are invested in your future success.
You will need:
