We are looking for an Technical Trainer to join a global, industry-leading law firm. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative environment, who are committed to delivering excellence to their end-users. They have established an award winning company culture, where transparency and openness is fundamental, encouraging people to truly be themselves. You will take ownership of their training program across their NY & CT offices, which will involve defining the curriculum, designing and creating training resources, and delivering the content.
What will this role look like?
⭐ Create training materials and establish the curriculum.
⭐ Manage and maintain their Learning Management System (LMS).
⭐ Hosting Q&A sessions for end-users on new software & platform roll-outs.
⭐ Evaluate training needs, identify areas for development & engage in continuous improvement.
What do you need?
⭐ MUST have experience training in a law firm.
⭐ Experience utilizing eLearning tools / platforms.
⭐ Experience training end-users on MS suite & legal applications.
⭐ Be a self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the end-user experience.
