Job Title: Legal Technology Trainer
A leading law firm is hiring a Legal Technology Trainer to support employee development through tailored, tech-focused training programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating learning experiences that improve daily workflows and boost confidence with legal and business applications.
You’ll design and lead training sessions—both in person and online—and build on-demand learning resources. You’ll also work closely with professionals across departments to identify training needs, support software rollouts, and promote adoption of core technologies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and deliver training sessions using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar
- Host live classes, virtual workshops, and one-on-one coaching
- Produce clear user guides and digital training materials
- Partner with attorneys and staff to understand tech challenges and offer workflow-based solutions
- Collaborate with IT to test new tools and support end-user readiness
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience training on tools such as Microsoft 365, iManage, timekeeping systems, and comparison software
- Familiarity with Windows 11, iOS devices, and VoIP platforms like Cisco
- Strong understanding of how adults learn best and how to structure engaging instruction
- Confident communicator who can explain complex topics in simple terms
- Self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and excellent time management skills
