We are seeking a Training Coordinator to play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that drive success across our organization. Working closely with our User Experience & Training Manager, you’ll help shape the learning journey for employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop and manage training schedules across departments

✅ Conduct onboarding, orientation, and skills training sessions

✅ Create and update training materials and job aids

✅ Track employee progress and maintain training records

✅ Assess training needs and recommend innovative learning solutions

✅ Promote training opportunities and encourage participation

What You Bring to the Table:

🔹 Associate's degree in HR, Education, or a related field

🔹 5 years of experience in a corporate or legal environment (Executive Assistant/Admin experience a plus!)

🔹 Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

🔹 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS experience preferred)

🔹 A passion for instructional design and modern training techniques

💡 Bonus Points If You Have:

✔ Experience with LMS platforms

✔ Knowledge of instructional design theories and training best practices
