Job Summary: The primary function of the Franklin Food Bank Client Services Coordinator is to manage the client choice market and reception. This position will be responsible for the overall engagement and experience of the clients and volunteers. The Client Services Manager will report directly to the Program Director and will supervise a staff of coordinators and administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the overall client and volunteer experience through regular and targeted engagement
- Work with Client Services team on scheduling client appointments, coordinating client intake, and providing general client information
- Coordinate, delegate and supervise volunteer work assignments in the market
- Participate in daily meetings with the Warehouse team to discuss food inventory and distribution
- Collaborate with Warehouse team on weekly food purchasing
- Enter daily market and reception data information - # of clients, amount of food
- distributed, etc.
- Prepare regular data reports and analysis for Program Director and other department leaders
- Assist with market responsibilities including, but not limited to, stocking, cashier, signage, and sorting
- Administer annual client and volunteer focus groups and surveys
- Address client and volunteer related issues

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or demonstration of significant on-the-job, relevant
- experience)
- Hospitality and customer service experience a plus
- Management experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM software programs
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
HOURS/SCHEDULE/COMPENSATION:
- Full-time, onsite position (some Saturdays)
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually
