This is a part-time on-site role located in Washington, DC for a Maintenance Technician at Franklin Group. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance & repair, and industrial maintenance on a day-to-day basis.
- Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Industrial Maintenance skills
- Experience in maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
- Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
