What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Analyst-Multifamily position at Franklin Group?
POSITION SUMMARY : The position will report exclusively to the company’s Chief Information Officer. Some travel is expected, but it will be scheduled and coordinated with the CIO. The position will not have any direct reports.
This team member will closely coordinate with both the Information Technology and Property Operations functions to develop, organize, plan and execute an effective strategy to migrate affordable multifamily communities to a property management software platform. Once the initial migration is complete, this position will continue to support the platform from both a technical and training perspective. Upon stabilization of the new platform, the Technical Analyst will provide on-going support and training to coworkers.
JOB DUTIES will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Assist in transition of new properties into Realpage and Yardi
- Collaborate with other team resources to resolve support tickets and help with transition tasks
- Adhere to strict deadlines and documentation requirements related to transitioning multifamily communities.
- Assist with data entry of households
- Discover and troubleshoot software problems within the property management systems
- Work with CIO to improve the company’s overall technology platform and processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion to stay current on all updates and changes in affordable housing programs and requirements.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of property data, resident profiles, history and/or personal information as well as any information that is proprietary to comply with HUD’s confidentiality requirements regarding the use and handling of such data.
- System knowledge of Onesite and/or Yardi
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and offer actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
