Job Title: Yardi Specialist
Reports to: Director of Property Management Systems
The Yardi Specialist will support the operations and system management on several critical software systems used at Franklin Group. They will need excellent customer service skills and extensive experience working in Excel and Yardi.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
- Provides continuous software support solutions to Franklin Group (FG) team members in a timely manner
- Interacts with FG team members through multiple platforms Including face-to-face interactions, web meetings, support ticket updates, and email/phone communications
- Maintains, clear, concise documentation of all support matters
- Effectively documents and records all aspects of client interactions in the designated client management systems (to promote transparency and understanding of software issues); in addition to building, managing, and maintaining the help content and support ticketing system..
- This position must be flexible and eager to work in an ever-changing environment that requires meeting the demands of a growing property management company.
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in the affordable housing management industry.
- At least 3 years of experience using Yardi and or Yardi Affordable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer and internet skills/instincts, including strong proficiency in web-based applications
- Excellent technical skills, including advanced use of Excel
- Aptitude in customer service/client relations and a friendly disposition
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred
