Franklin Grove Living and Rehabilitation Center is seeking caring and compassionate Activity Aide to join our team. We are a 132 bed skilled nursing facility in Franklin Grove, IL - only 10 miles East of Dixon, 45 miles SW of Rockford, and 15 miles SW of Rochelle. Our facility is home to a State of the Art Therapy Gym with private Medicare suites, Bistro, and Private Dining Area

The ideal Activity Aide would be responsible for working in conjunction with the Activities Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activities programming. Part-time Evening shift. 4pm-8pm available.
