Description of Position
Franklin Hospital is seeking applicants for a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Position will provide general medical care and treatment to patients in the Hospital’s Family Healthcare Walk-in Clinic, under the direction of a Physician. Schedule will be three days per week, with rotating weekends. Clinic hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Salary range is $110,000 to $162,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
Qualifications
Position requires Illinois licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant, current DEA Licensure, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and one-year of Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant practice. Position also requires ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy clinic setting.
