CARETAKER

Job Description:

The Caretaker position is responsible for monitoring company property against vandalism, fire, theft, equipment failure, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform hourly rounds to ensure protection of company property.

Qualifications:

• Ability to walk in all weather conditions.

Working Conditions:

• This is a safety sensitive position.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk 5 rounds of 1.3 miles

• Ability to remain awake all night.

• Must own and be able to use a cell phone to call and text individuals on the “Furnace Issue Call Sheet” and/or “Power Outage Call List”

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow caretaker checklist doing rounds, making sure plant property is secure.

Machines/Equipment used for Position:

• Flashlight

• Cell phone and plan.

• YakTrax ice cleats (will be provided)

Other duties as assigned.

Hours are Tuesday - Friday, 6 pm - 4 am.
