We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to fulfill special requests from guests or management.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial work or industrial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform duties that may include lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
