Account Inventory Liaison
As the Account Inventory Liaison, you will be an integral part of our team as the main point of contact to our client. This position is highly dependent on teamwork, communication, and details. Reliability and the ability to work well with others is a must. Volume of work is steady with very limited seasonal volatility. The Account Inventory Liaison is responsible for overseeing inventory and inventory processes supporting one of our customers on-site with an opportunity for expansion.
The Account Inventory Liaison is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position reporting directly to Inventory Manager and Client Point of Contact.
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Hourly Pay Rate will be determined by client and based on experience.
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for inventory management at Franklin to start
- Monitor inventory levels for Excess and Shortages base on current customer forecasts
- Ensure all inbounds and outbound shipments are accurate
- Record container inbounds in VMI
- Manage on-hold inventory daily / weekly
- Manage any inventory requiring rework based on upcoming POs / Forecast
- Ensure parts are being scrapped out of the VMI and Franklin systems correctly
- Record DMR inbound / outbound shipments in the VMI
- Ensure month-end inventory is 100% correct (weekly inventory audit to start)
- Perform manual inventory counts as needed
- Ensure all below / above MOQ items are shipped out in a timely manner
- Work with customers on returnable racks and any packaging issues
- Work with the Franklin team to resolve any issues
- Manage A / S boxing / kitting process
