The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within the site location, ensuring team members work safely while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. This role involves delegating tasks, managing workflows, and ensuring operational goals are met to exceed customer expectations. The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, exempt, salaried position reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
Starting Annual Salary Range : $45K - $70K Annual Bonus
Primary Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the shipping and delivery of materials and warehouse personnel.
- Manage inventory, distribution, transportation, and related processes to support organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by collaborating with customers and internal departments as needed.
- Conduct daily shift meetings and delegate tasks to warehouse personnel.
- Ensure personnel adhere to all safety and business policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Human Resources on staffing levels and performance management.
- Maintain training records for team members, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
- Maintain an active floor presence, engaging with warehouse personnel, drivers, and vendors.
- Attend leadership meetings as required.
