Position Title: Teaching and Girls Coaching Position
Teaching: 8th Grade College and Career Exploration Class
Certification: Technology Applications, Mathematics, Physical Science, Engineering, or any Vocational or Career Technical Education Certificate.
Salary Range: Base District Stipend Coaching Stipend
Position Summary: Support the success of the FISD Instructional and Athletic programs. Teaching responsibilities to be determined based on master schedule.
Position Requirements
Education/Certification/License: Valid Texas Certification
Experience: Education/Certification/License: Valid Texas Certification
Experience: Experience in teaching the CTE curriculum.
Experience in a successful athletic program
Coaching experience preferred
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and instruction in all areas needed to run a successful athletic program.
- Provide instruction in teaching assignments
- Maintain orderly classroom/gymnasium
- Facilitate and monitor testing procedures related to instruction.
- Meet and exceed state / campus goals for student performance
- Promote mission and goals of Franklin ISD
- Flexible in teaching schedule
