We are looking for someone who is efficient and well-organized, with a positive and upbeat “can do” attitude while being able to multi-task, with a friendly disposition. A positive, professional interaction with team members, as well as parents and students are essential to success in this position. This position is for a lead Montessori guide in the Toddler Classroom (children ages 2 -3 years).

- Lead Guide must be Montessori trained and Montessori certified.
- Must be a self-motivated, self-directed team player that has the ability to establish and maintain wonderful relationships with staff, parents, and children.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Evidence of continuing education and professional growth to include meeting all necessary requirements as established by state law and regulatory agencies.
- Within first 30 days of employment must be able to meet all necessary requirements as established by state law and regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities
- Implement Montessori curriculum and teaching methods in the toddler classroom.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and interests.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress.
- Utilize Montessori principles to foster independence and self-directed learning in young children.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
