Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless transition for new residents into our community
- Coordinate move in orientations with new residents, ensuring full understanding of the lease and addenda, community policies and procedures, and community programs
- Inspect apartments prior to move in to ensure full completion to our high standards
- Ensures full completion of all move in documents
- Conducts follow up to ensure new resident satisfaction
- Adherence company policies and procedures, federal and state Fair Housing laws
- Supports the team in achieving the goals of the property
