Job Opportunity : Turns Coordinator at Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station Apartments

Franklin Park at Greenbelt Station Apartments is seeking a dedicated Turns Coordinator to join our team! This role is crucial in ensuring that our vacant apartment units are quickly and efficiently prepared for new residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate Unit Turnovers : Walk vacant units, assess needs, and create price sheets for contractors.
• Schedule and Supervise Contractors : Manage contractors to complete turn processes on time and in line with quality standards.
• Ensure Pest Control is Completed : Confirm pest control has been addressed before unit completion.
• Provide Regular Updates : Communicate daily with the turns administrator to keep everyone in the loop on unit status and scheduling.
• Maintain Timelines : Ensure units are turned within set time frames, using a checklist to guide the process.
• Key Management : Change locks and hand over keys to the administrative coordinator.
• Community Oversight : Report any maintenance issues around the property to the service manager.
• Team Collaboration : Work with various departments, assist with moving furniture, and support other tasks as needed.
• Emergency Response : Be part of the on-call rotation, responding to emergency calls within 30 minutes.
• Additional Duties : Support with other related tasks assigned by management.
