- Maintain familiarity with current marketing texts, materials, and teaching methodologies to stay at the forefront of industry trends
- Lead research initiatives and contribute to scholarly work within the field of marketing
- A degree in Marketing or a closely related field is required
- Evidence of professional experience in marketing or marketing administration is preferred
- Strong background in outreach and relationship-building with external constituents, such as industry partners and organizations
- Research experience or relevant marketing certification, with a proven track record of teaching and scholarly work, is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively in both face-to-face and online formats
- A passion for working with diverse student and faculty populations, fostering an inclusive academic environment
- Ability to engage in service to the College and University, with an ongoing commitment to scholarly and creative work
