- Lead the design and implementation of academic programs, including curriculum development, course structure, and learning outcomes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Stay informed on current accreditation standards and ensure compliance with any changes
- Regularly review and assess existing graduate programs to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with program leadership to update curricula as needed
- Collaborate with Deans, Program Directors, and faculty to align program design with institutional goals and student needs
- Evaluation and Assessment:
- Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure student learning outcomes, program effectiveness, and impact on student success
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, including student performance, faculty feedback, and surveys from clinical placements and employers
- Create and implement data-driven strategies to address gaps and enhance program quality
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate in-depth reports on program evaluation findings
- Present evaluation data to academic leadership, faculty, and stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation
- Faculty Support and Development:
- Partner with the Center for Teaching and Learning to offer professional development opportunities focused on teaching practices, assessment strategies, and curriculum development
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate assessment practices into course design and teaching
- Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in academic assessment and evaluation
- Expertise in both formative and summative assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, students, and administrators
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced academic environment
- These qualifications may be waived for individuals with equivalent academic or administrative experience
