The Franklin Pierce University Women’s Ice Hockey program is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach.
The Graduate Assistant position is a two year position and includes tuition remission along with a stipend of $4,000 annually.Housing is not included, but is available on-campus for $200/month. Acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the University’s Graduate School.

Major responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- On and Off campus recruiting of qualified student athletes
- Assist with fundraising activities
- Assist with practice planning and implementation
- Primary on-ice focus with team’s defensemen and goaltenders, but will work with all positions
- Monitoring of academics and study halls
- Assist with team travel and game day operations, as well as scheduling, organizing, and general office work
- Team Social Media/Video program
- Adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations
- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous coaching experience and/or successful NCAA or Junior playing experiencerequired
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to attract, recruit, and retain high-level players
