General responsibilities of a Tour Guide include:
Giving welcoming, informed tours of campus to prospective students, parents, high school counselors, group visits and contribution to large on-campus visit programs.
Students in this role will be supported as future leaders and will learn how to be comfortable working with diverse populations that visit the college. Tour Guides will also be asked to manage office projects and complete other work around the Admissions Office (sitting on panels, walking students to other on campus offices and/or classes, joining students for lunch.) Must be available to work some nights and weekends.
