Job Summary : This position assists the library's reference staff in providing service to library patrons. The position will primarily help patrons find information relevant to their research needs found in our library catalog, databases, and on the internet but will also perform more general duties, such as helping students with their print jobs, and providing directions. The position will also be tasked with various projects, such as updating library research guides and creating marketing materials.Experience and Qualifications : Basic proficiency with searching the library catalog and databases, such as Academic Search Complete desirable. Good service orientation is a must. Previous experience in customer service is welcome, but not required.Work Days : Monday - Friday Schedule will depend on students availability.Hours per week : 8 hoursLocation : DiPietro LibraryFederal Work Study (FWS) students are encouraged to apply.
