Job Summary:
Assist with daily receiving and delivering of campus mail/packages to campus post office and all departments on campus. Daily mail processing and delivery to USPS in Rindge. Use of package tracking system for package notification and delivery. Assist with delivering paper, water coolers and shredding buckets to various campus offices. Assist with organization and storage in the warehouse. Assist with copy center deliveries and processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have a U.S. Issued Drivers License with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a clean driving record (has obtained a license for 3 years minimum)
- Must be able to work independently following verbal direction.
- Must be able to work with a team.
- Must have a positive "can-do" attitude and be willing to answer questions and assist others.
Typical Schedule:
Fall & Spring 2024-2025
Monday through Friday
10 Hours per Week flexible schedule
