ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Replace assembly operators in their absence on production lines
- Assist on assembly lines to assure smooth running of lines
- Report Abnormal Condition to Group leader and Supervisor.
- Conduct worker observation of team members to insure they are adequately trained.
- Record skill level of subordinates on MFWTT.
- Construct line balance and “Yamazumi” charts to increase line efficiency.
- Accurately Report production, in process defect, and scrap information.
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance of assigned assembly equipment.
- Travel to customer location if needed.
- Coordinate and document “Change Point Control”
- Checks data entry of Quality and Facility Checks and confirms by signature.
This is a daily check that must be completed before the end of your shift
