Job Description
Develop and present:
- A marketing strategy, business plan and monthly revenue goals to share with leadership
- Weekly Sales Report to be reviewed with executive team on Tuesdays
- Meet/Exceed agreed upon Revenue and Gross Margin goals
- Revenue is expected in the third month of employment
Create your own:
- Marketing materials
- Scripts
- Email Campaigns
- Customer presentations
Develop new clients without:
- Receiving leads or lead lists
- Existing or previous customers
- Prospecting (to set meetings, uncover opportunities and close orders)
Strong prospecting:
- Leverage your personal network of existing Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct cold/warm calls
- Emails
- Social media for the immediate scheduling of meetings, uncovering opportunities and signing orders within the first three months
Manage full sales cycle:
- Prospecting
- Meeting
- Opportunity
- Demo
- Pricing
- Scoping
- Closing
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a Hunter role without support
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to convey value proposition through networking, phone, email and social media with passion and enthusiasm
- 2 years of experience in a sales/consulting position (Learning and Development experience is a strong plus)
- Positive attitude, self-starter, ability to adapt to business changes
