As our Customer Service Representative, you will help customers understand and troubleshoot equipment and assist with ordering supplies.
How you will contribute :
- Handle incoming calls from customers with a focus on high-quality service and providing solutions. We do not limit call time as our number one priority is solving the customer's concern.
- Make outgoing phone calls to new customers to assist them in the ordering process. These are warm calls- No cold calling!
- Processing orders with a high level of attention to detail
- Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, live chat, and email
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and solve issues as quickly as possible.
