We are searching for a Construction Superintendent for a 25-week project.
Reports to : This position reports directly to the General Superintendent and collaborates closely with the Project Manager and the project team.
Objective : The Construction Superintendent is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with the design and meet the company's standards for quality and safety.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain work schedules and assignments.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and site regulations.
- Oversee site operations and manage site personnel including subcontractors.

Required Skills and Abilities :
Physical Requirements : Must have good vision (corrected if necessary); be able to coordinate movements of eyes, hands, and fingers; fully use hands, arms, and fingers; climb and balance on ladders; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at heights as necessary; and lift objects up to 50 pounds or occasionally more. Ability to navigate all areas of a construction site in various weather conditions is required.
Education and Experience : A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with 7-10 years of experience as a commercial superintendent.
