Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

- Accurately enter and maintain data in our CRM and order management systems.
- Process customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads.
- Prepare reports and updates on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends to better assist customers.
