Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pipelayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pipeline construction, concrete forming, and heavy equipment operation.
Responsibilities:
- Lay pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains
- Align and position pipes to prepare them for welding or sealing
- Dig trenches using hand tools or heavy equipment
- Install and repair underground pipelines
- Utilize pipe lasers for accurate pipe installation
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine pipe placement
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed
- Perform concrete finishing work as required
