We are looking for the right candidates to join our growing team! As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive experience while assisting with their banking needs. Your role will have an immediate impact on delivering outstanding service and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with transactions and inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to best meet customers' financial needs.
• Work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Radiate positive energy and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Banking experience

• This is on-site, located in Ellsworth, ME.
